Terms and Conditions
These terms explain how customers and independent Technicians use the OtlobFanny services marketplace.
Customer requests
Customers should provide accurate service details, location, timing, and contact information. Requests may be cancelled or limited when platform rules, safety, or availability require it.
Technician accounts
Technicians are responsible for accurate profiles, service areas, offers, communication, and service delivery. OtlobFanny may review, restrict, suspend, or remove accounts that violate platform rules.
Offers and accepted work
A Technician chooses whether to submit an offer. A Customer chooses whether to accept it. The parties remain responsible for confirming the service scope, price, timing, access, and other practical arrangements.
Reviews and content
Users should submit truthful reviews and lawful content based on their own marketplace interactions. Abusive, misleading, unsafe, or unlawful content may be restricted or removed.
Support and reports
Users may contact support or submit reports. OtlobFanny may use reports to review accounts, requests, orders, or marketplace behavior.
No emergency use
OtlobFanny is not an emergency service. For immediate danger, users should contact local emergency authorities.
