Data Deletion Instructions

OtlobFanny users can delete their account and associated personal data directly inside the OtlobFanny app. This applies to users who signed in with email/password, Google Login, or Facebook Login.

Delete your account in the app

  1. Open OtlobFanny.
  2. Sign in to your account.
  3. Go to your account/profile settings.
  4. Choose Delete Account.
  5. Follow the confirmation steps shown in the app.

If you cannot access your account

If you cannot access your OtlobFanny account, email support@otlobfanny.com with the subject Data Deletion Request. Include the email address or phone number used in OtlobFanny, whether you used Google Login, Facebook Login, or email/password, and any information needed to identify the account.

What happens after deletion

OtlobFanny will delete or anonymize account data where legally possible. Some records may be retained when required by law, fraud prevention, accounting, security, operational integrity, or dispute resolution.

Facebook access removal

If you used Facebook Login, removing OtlobFanny from Facebook settings does not automatically delete OtlobFanny system data. To delete data from OtlobFanny systems, use the in-app Delete Account option or the fallback support email if you cannot access your account.
