Marketplace role

OtlobFanny connects customers with independent technicians. Technicians are not automatically employees, agents, or representatives of OtlobFanny. Customers choose whether to accept an offer.

Customer requests

Customers should provide accurate service details, location, timing, and contact information. Requests may be cancelled or limited when platform rules, safety, or availability require it.

Technician accounts

Technicians are responsible for accurate profiles, service areas, offers, communication, and service delivery. OtlobFanny may review, restrict, suspend, or remove accounts that violate platform rules.

Verification and promotion

Verification means submitted information was reviewed according to platform rules. Promotion increases visibility only and does not guarantee work, quality, safety, pricing, or ranking in every screen.

Payments

Launch payment workflows may include manual review, staged activation, or external payment steps. A promotion linked to payment may require payment approval before activation.

Support and reports

Users may contact support or submit reports. OtlobFanny may use reports to review accounts, requests, orders, or marketplace behavior.

No emergency use

OtlobFanny is not an emergency service. For immediate danger, users should contact local emergency authorities.
